We are open from 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. A recorded message service is available outside of these hours.

The National key toilets are located on Platform 2; these toilets are operated by a RADAR key. A RADAR key is available from station staff upon request. Toilet facilities are available: Monday 06:15-16:00, Tuesday - Thursday 06:15-14:00 and 16:00-19:00, Friday 06:15-19:00, Saturday 07:00-20:00 and Sunday 09:00-14:00. The toilet facilities are not available when the Ticket Office is closed.
