When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Ticket Office, located on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.
