Pay and Display machines have been removed from this car park.
Customers can purchase their parking tickets via the APCOA connect app, www.apcoaconnect.com or via phoning the automated payment line on 01895 262 122.
Customers can also purchase parking tickets from selected ticket offices.

A Help Point is available on the platform to contact a member of our team in an emergency or for information. When using the Help Point our CCTV will be monitoring your position for the duration of the call.
There are no toilet facilities available at this station, however there are public toilets located at the end of the station approach road provided by North Lincolnshire Council. These are available Monday to Saturday.
There is no waiting room, however waiting shelters are available on the platforms which are available 24 hours a day.

Replacement buses pick up / set down at the bus stops on Kings Road (the main road at the end of the station approach road) due to restricted access to the station.
PLEASE NOTE: they DO NOT use the bus stop by the station footbridge.

This station is category B1. Ramped access is provided from the station entrance to all platforms. This station is unstaffed. There are train boarding ramps available at this station, and they are also carried on board all TransPennine Express trains.
The TransPennine Express Passenger Assist Team are not available on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

We can also provide help when you travel, even if it has not been booked in advance. You can turn up at this station if it is accessible to you and request assistance onto a train by making yourself known to the Conductor when your train arrives, or by using a help point.
Customers requiring assistance to navigate through the station are requested to contact TransPennine Express on 0800 107 2149 (18001 prefix for TextRelay) to arrange alternative transport to the closest station where assistance can be provided.
