We can help you

If you think you’ve lost something on a Southeastern train or station, tell us about it here and we'll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.

Please make your descriptions as accurate as possible, and remember to include the IMEI number* of any lost mobile phone.

Collecting your items

If we find something that matches the description of your lost item, we’ll contact you. You can then arrange to collect it from our lost property office at London Cannon Street (next to Platform 1).

Our lost property office at Cannon Street is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

When collecting your lost property item(s) please note collection charges will apply.

Please note -

Credit/debit cards and cheque books will be retained for up to 24 hours before being securely destroyed.
Driving licences will be retained for up to 24 hours before being returned back to the DVLA.
Passports will be returned to HM Passport Office.

*IMEI Number: every phone or Mobile Broadband device has a unique 15 digit code, called an IMEI number. You might need to find your IMEI number if you want to unlock your device to use with other networks, or for some insurance policies.

To get your IMEI number you can contact your phone provider or look for the label on the side of the box your phone came in.
