Here’s some inspiration for your trip. Travel Off-Peak for great value tickets.

The Pantiles in Tumbridge Wells

The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Fancy a regal day out? The Pantiles in Royal Tunbridge Wells is an elegant Georgian street offering a wealth of independent shops, galleries and restaurants. If you are after something savoury, treat yourself at family run Sankey’s Old Fishmarket seafood restaurant or try the bi-monthly Pantiles Market. If you have a sweet tooth, stop at The CakeShed for a slab of freshly made cake.

St Pancras - Granary Square

Granary Square, St Pancras International, London

You don’t need to venture far from the station to be spoilt for choice with eating options in and around Granary Square. Take a stroll and you’ll find the cosy and authentically Spanish Bar Pepito, where the tall bar stools seat fewer than twenty people - the grandiose German Gymnasium is even closer. A short, but worthwhile, walk away is the unique Exmouth Market. Filled with shops, eateries and a weekday lunch market, there is something for everyone!

Don’t just take our word for it!
