Network Rail industrial action

Members of the RMT Trade Union that work for track and infrastructure operator Network Rail have announced that they are planning to take industrial action from 17:00 on Thursday 4th June until 16:59 on Friday 5th June, and from 17:00 on Tuesday 9th June until 16:59 on Thursday 11th June.

In addition between 00:01 Saturday 6th June and 23:59 Friday 12th June, RMT members will not work any overtime.

Special arrangements are being put in place to ensure that customers who already have tickets are not disadvantaged and can travel on an alternative day or obtain a refund if they choose not to travel.

We are working closely with Network Rail on contingency arrangements and further information will be made available shortly.

Timetables

Cover of timetable book 1These timetables are valid until 12 December 2015.

In January, we introduced our biggest timetable change since 2009 to accommodate the Thameslink Programme. As a result, Charing Cross services are unable to stop at London Bridge until August 2016.

The changes to this May timetable are being made in response to passenger feedback and to cater for increased seasonal traffic to the Kent coast. It features additional evening services and stops, and longer trains on some routes.
