What is PLUSBUS?PlusBus logo

Plusbus is a discount price ticket for unlimited bus travel that you buy at the same time as your train ticket. So you pay for your complete train and bus journey in one transaction - much more convenient than buying separate tickets.

Bus travel can be at the start, the finish, or both ends of your train journey. So PlusBus is ideal for passengers who need to use buses at either end of their journey.

PlusBus is now available at 265 towns and cities across Britain.

PLUSBUS is offered at the following Southeastern stations:

 Ashford International  Rainham
 Broadstairs  Ramsgate
 Canterbury  Redhill
 Chatham  Rochester

How does it work?

Ask for PLUSBUS when buying your train ticket, for unlimited bus travel around town on all participating bus operators' services.

Your bus travel can be at the start, the finish, or both parts of your train journey. For each town there is one zone that covers the whole urban area. With your PLUSBUS ticket you can travel as much as you like by bus within this zone.

PLUSBUS can be added to most types of train ticket:

  • singles,
  • day returns,
  • period returns,
  • season tickets

Railcard discounts apply.
