Season ticket forms - please note these are for corporate customers only.
If you are moving home or your place of work and still require the ticket, we can do a Changeover, as this is cheaper than refunding the ticket and starting again.
Season ticket changeover form
If your ticket has been lost or stolen, you will be entitled to one duplicate ticket every 365 days. If you subsequently lose the ticket again you will not be eligible to apply another duplicate ticket unless one of the incidences was as a result of theft.

Please note while waiting for a duplicate ticket we will only refund daily or weekly tickets, we are unable to refund Oyster PAYG.
If your ticket has stopped working the automatic ticket barriers you can take your ticket to any National Rail station on the line of route for which your ticket is valid. They will replace the ticket for your free of charge. You can download a note to take to the station.
