Southeastern ran extra Javelin trains to ensure people attending the Opening Ceremony could travel home after it finished later than predicted.
The ceremony was due to end at midnight, but overran by half an hour or so.
Services were busy but everything ran on time. Additional staff were on hand to help passengers make their journey.
