Performance figures

How are we doing?

Period 1:  1 April - 27 April 2013
 

Our Public Performance Measure (PPM) is the percentage of passenger service trains we operate on time against our planned timetable. ‘On time’ is measured as trains arriving within five minutes of their planned destination arrival time.

We publish our PPM every four weeks.
