What to do if you lose property on one of our trains or stations.
 

  • Report it to Customer Services on 0845 000 2222
  • Customer Services will record details of your lost item and take your contact details.
  • If we find an item matching yours, we will contact you directly to arrange collection at our Cannon St Lost Property Office.
